Guests who want to be right in the middle of Savannah find this part of the charm. We share it upfront so you arrive ready to enjoy every bit of it. We do provide sound machines for guests who might not be used to hearing any type of noise at night. Savannah's subtropical climate also means warm, humid summers and the occasional bug. The home is regularly treated by pest control — just something to keep in mind when booking your travel season. Please consider these circumstances if you feel this may be an issue for your overall comfort & enjoyment because we do not offer refunds based on these items. ❇️House guidelines ❇️ Make your stay a stress-free experience by following some simple guidelines: ✓ Check-in time is at 4PM-10PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. ✓ Parties or events are not permitted on the property, and noise levels must be kept down after 10PM until 8AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay. ✓ To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy. ✓ We maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. Please refer to the 'Additional Rules' section for all house rules. This will help avoid any possible misunderstandings.
Other Details to Note
Our home is a historic home built in 1891. There are soaring ceilings but also quite a few steps to get to the 2nd floor where 2 of the 3 bedrooms are. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your party might have difficulty with the height or amount of stairs. If you are traveling during hurricane season, we strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to ensure your stay is protected in the event a storm prevents you from arriving for your stay.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the iconic Victorian District, you are directly across from Forsyth Park and steps from the park fountain. Walk to multiple restaurants for dinner or pick up the free Dot shuttle just 2 blocks away. The area is famous for its towering oaks, historic architecture, and a local feel that is less 'touristy' than the River Street corridor while remaining walkable to everything.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and will be provided keyless entry codes on the day their reservation starts. There are stairs to access the home from both the front and back of the home. Only one bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a full bath down the hall. Two other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are steep due to the soaring 11 foot ceilings. Please keep this in mind while booking.
